This site collects what it needs to run the Management Assessment and to report the results to the NextSteps Research consultant working with you or your organization. Nothing is sold or shared beyond that.
What is collected
When you register you provide your name, email address, and the company you are being assessed for, together with the registration code you were issued. As you take the assessment, your answers are recorded page by page. Once a page is submitted its answers are final and cannot be revised, so that every assessment is scored on what was actually answered.
How it is used
Your answers are scored to produce an assessment profile. That profile is reviewed by a NextSteps Research consultant and delivered to the client who commissioned the assessment. Results are not published, not made available to other candidates, and not sent anywhere automatically.
Your email address is used to confirm your account and, if you ask for it, to reset your password. It is not used for marketing.
Retention
NextSteps Research retains completed assessments as part of its professional records. Questions about your data, including requests to see or remove it, should go to the NextSteps Research consultant you are working with.
